How to Have a Good Day.

  1. Drink tea.
  2. Listen to good music.
  3. Wear clothes you feel great in.
  4. Surround yourself with people who lift you up.
  5. Take pictures.
  6. Write.
  7. Eat something that makes you happy… Sushi, a cookie, a soft pretzel…
  8. Smile at a stranger because it could make their day.
  9. Moisturize.
  10. Light a candle.
  11. Get your workout in and sweat.
  12. Take a hot shower after.
  13. Call someone and let them know you were thinking of them.
  14. Avoid complaining.
  15. Take 5 minutes to stretch.
  16. Learn something new.
  17. Read scripture.
  18. Have a moment of silence.
  19. Unplug even if it’s only for an hour.
  20. Take a nap.
  21. Live.
  22. Laugh.
  23. Love.
  24. Dance.
  25. Count your blessings.
