TREAT YO SELF. It’s a phrase we hear all the time. Yet, do we actually take the time to do things that are good for our mental, physical, and emotional, and spiritual health? Below is a list of items to try out… XOXO, Miranda.

  • Go for a walk/hike.
  • Dance.
  • Read a book.
  • Turn off your phone.
  • Journal.
  • Light a candle.
  • Take a bath.
  • Go on a date.
  • Color.
  • Reorganize/redecorate your room.
  • Catch up on sleep.
  • Volunteer.
  • Cook a healthy meal.
  • When you get home from a long day, put your fave comfy clothes in the dryer for a bit, so they are nice and warm when you put them on 🙂
  • Get your sweat on.
  • Wake up early and watch the sunrise.
  • Intentionally take 20 pictures throughout your day.
  • Schedule a facial.
  • Write down 10 things that you are grateful for.
