5 things to do more often
  1. listen to the Discover playlists on Spotify to explore new artists/songs
  2. dance as I’m getting ready for the day — removes any anxiousness or tension I’m feeling
  3. say “YES” to invitations
  4. hot yoga — very challenging at times (especially when I’m sore), but very rewarding
  5. prioritize sleep
5 things to do less often
  1. compare myself to others
  2. worry about things I cannot control
  3. drink tea past 7pm
  4. only sticking to romance, fiction novels
  5. having so many expectations for my life and how it should be
