ACTIONS:

  • DECLUTTER — get rid of one item each day.
  • DETOX — eliminate sweet treats for one month — only natural sugars allowed.
  • REVAMP — squat + ab challenge.

365-DAY CHALLENGE:

  • write down one thing I am grateful for each day.
